A city is terrorized by a killing spree that leaves 12 teenage girls dead. The first apparent break in the case occurs when a young woman is discovered frozen in the snow. But when chief inspector Al Brodsky (Kenneth Welsh) and detective Lou Miles (John Kapelos) rule the death a suicide, reporter Vidal (Tony Nardi) investigates and discovers that Miles is hiding some big secrets. Michael Moriarty, Patti LuPone and Gloria Reuben co-star.
