Director Robert A. Masciantoni's gore-fest stars Christopher Wiehl as Charles, a vampire who makes his home not in exotic Transylvania but in suburban New Jersey. His existence is far from typical, though, as he's intent on drawing blood and stalking victims using whatever means necessary. Enter his enemies, Viktoria (Marisa Ryan) and Alicia (Amy Jo Johnson), who call on a renegade (Robert Floyd) to help them do battle with Charles.
