A hard-bitten Los Angeles cop, Johnny Modine (Brad Davis), is out for revenge after discovering his father has been killed by Iceman (Jonathan Banks), his ex-friend and ex-partner who blames Modine for a crippling injury. Modine is out for justice at any cost and is determined to triumph over not only Iceman but also his vicious partner-in-crime (played by Adam Ant) and a mysterious femme fatale named Kathy (Sharon Stone).
