Ex-racer J.R. Collier (John Schneider) has a novel strategy for boosting the inventory at his used car lot: He races unsuspecting owners for their cars. Unfortunately, his latest win contains something that the bad guys desperately want -- and the chase is on. The stakes climb even higher as Collier's family gets kidnapped.
