Malik (Ajay Devgan) is the right-hand man of a criminal boss. When the gang's activities begin to expand, Malik recruits Chandu (Vivek Oberoi), and together they try to overthrow the big boss. Soon, Malik and Chandu move their base of operations to Hong Kong. Can they throw investigating cops off their scent? Soon, a misunderstanding causes a schism between the two friends -- and someone has to take the fall.
