FBI agent Alex Brooks (Sean Patrick Flanery) and his partner for the mission, Natalya (Ursula Karven), must stop dangerous political prisoner Anton Simeonov (Arnold Vosloo), who has escaped their grips and is on his way to retrieving barrels of lethal nerve gas. Simeonov and his band of terrorists kill the guards of the cargo on a runaway mountain train and threaten to blast everyone else. Terry Cunningham directs this actioner.
