Former government agent Jack "Crash" Riley (Wolf Larson) comes out of retirement to protect the nation from dangerous bio-terrorist Lissette (Joanna Pacula), but to stop her impending attack, Crash must first figure out how to get along with his new partner, Roman Byrnes (Greg Ellis). Responsible for recruiting Crash for this mission, surveillance expert Becky (Sandra Lindquist) tries to keep the peace between the incompatible crime fighters.
