Based on a true story, this powerful film tells the story of Terry Stone (Meredith Baxter), a mother who helps her family stick together after her 19-year-old son, Andrew (Eric Lively), is critically injured in a drunk-driving accident. As Andrew slowly recovers and finally leaves rehabilitation, Terry embarks on a lengthy, emotional quest to ensure that the person responsible for the tragedy makes amends.
