Terrorists hijack a nuclear sub in this action-packed thriller. The USS Ulysses responds to a distress call from a ship that's purportedly in danger of sinking in the middle of the Atlantic. But the ship's passengers are terrorists who take over the sub and demand a king's ransom in gold. It's up to former Navy SEAL James Carter (Michael Dudikoff) to stealthily board the sub and stop the hijackers before they aim missiles at the United States.
