When rebels at a remote television station discover that they're targets of an android assassin sent by Unicom -- an oppressive international conglomerate bent on global domination -- the resistance fighters must defend themselves against the killer. Soon, they realize their only hope is to get a junked-out construction robot into the fight against the tyrannical regime and its hired guns. Charles Band directs this futuristic thriller.
