Written and directed by Amos Kollek, this offbeat comedy stars Hanna Schygulla as a would-be novelist thrust into a world of murder, mayhem and mystery when she's mistaken for a rock chanteuse named Lulu (played by Blondie's Deborah Harry). Boasting a host of standout supporting performances, Kollek's eccentric tale may be best known as Emmy Award winner Alec Baldwin's first big-screen performance.
