After a nuclear war devastates the United States, five wanderers seek refuge in an abandoned research facility and discover a series of diabolical experiments that have turned perfectly normal human beings into bloodthirsty monsters. Trapped in the facility and hunted by subhuman creatures, Bianca (Linnea Quigley), Butch (Ken Abraham) and the rest of the survivors must ban together and find a way to destroy the Creepozoids.
