Sam Raimi (The Evil Dead) directs this unconventional comedy penned by Oscar-winning siblings Joel and Ethan Coen, a film told mostly in flashback that blends elements of cartoons and black-and-white crime dramas. The plot follows the exploits of two outlandish professional killers (Paul L. Smith and Brion James) who whack the owner of a security company and pin the crime on an innocent man (Reed Birney).
