A journalist uncovers a dangerous story in the African country where he grew up but runs afoul of a corrupt government that doesn't want the story to be told. While investigating an international water shortage, reporter Michael Power (Cleveland Mitchell) discovers that powerful officials are siphoning off funds earmarked for food, and his quest to tell the truth becomes a desperate race for survival in this tense political thriller.
