Noah Cruise (Wesley Jonathan) has the talent to be a professional cager but vows to use his sports scholarship to study medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles, in this fast-paced urban drama. Meanwhile, Noah's buddy Tech (Anthony Mackie) is focused on getting his general equivalency diploma and winning an underground basketball game against a neighborhood rival. The supporting cast includes Wayne Brady as a former sports agent.
