Pilates, the exercise favored by dancers and created by fitness guru Joseph Pilates, tones areas and promotes flexibility without overly stressing the muscles. Ellen Barrett, who teaches at the Los Angeles Crunch, leads three separate 10-minute Pilates sessions, each one focusing on a specific area: "Belly," "Thighs" and "Butt." Also includes a bonus 10-minute total body workout.
