Harvey Keitel heads the cast in this direct-to-video actioner helmed by Juan Gerard. Battling to keep his small Cuban town from disintegrating as an insurrection brews, charismatic Che (Keitel) takes care of his friends and family, placating the police chief (Daniel Lugo) while secretly aiding the revolutionaries. But when they destroy the local power plant, Che must face the forces of change -- or risk losing everything he holds dear.
