As a secret agent doing security for Senator Dilly (John Aprea), Eric Phillips (Don Wilson) must keep under wraps the experiment Dilly has in development -- a robot named Cyber Tracker that's programmed to be the ultimate bounty hunter. When Eric stumbles upon information linking Dilly to corrupt activity, he must quickly fend off Dilly's head of security, Ross (Richard Norton), as well as a newly minted bunch of Cyber Trackers.
