After the murder of her inventor boyfriend, Teri Marshall (Heather Thomas) must transport the Cyclone, a turbocharged motorcycle, into the proper hands. With international arms smugglers, corrupt government agents and others vying for the vehicle, Teri finds herself caught up in a dangerous world of intrigue. This 1980s actioner co-stars Martin Landau, Troy Donahue and Russ Tamblyn, along with famous sons Michael Reagan and Tim Conway Jr.
