Dr. Wesinger (Jürgen Prochnow) leads a team of scientists into the jungle, where they find the skeleton of a strange creature. Hoping to re-create the creature by extracting DNA from the bones, Wesinger enlists the help of Ash Mattley (Mark Dacacos). The experiment is successful, but a few years later the CIA asks Mattley to help track down Wesinger because he's turned the creature into a fierce killer and plans to sell it to the highest bidder.
