An ex-Special Forces operative now running a homeless shelter for veterans, Frank Da Vinci (Joey Travolta) goes looking for vengeance when ruthless assassin Mintz (James Russo) brutally murders his sister and brother-in-law for unexplained reasons. With the help of his own hired assassin and his homeless friends, Da Vinci searches for answers and discovers a tangled web of murder and corruption involving rogue CIA agents.
