Frontiersman Daniel Boone (Bruce Bennett) establishes a new home for his family and fellow settlers in Kentucky's Shawnee territory. Although he comes in peace, a scheming French land baron (Kem Dibbs) convinces a Shawnee chief (Lon Chaney Jr.) that Boone isn't to be trusted. As a result, Boone and his cohorts find themselves defending Fort Boonesborough against a Shawnee attack in an action-packed finale.
