Heavy metal band Lordi portray their onstage monster aliases in this Finnish film about a father and his autistic daughter, Sarah, who try to escape from a hospital when they realize it has become an eerie portal for deadly creatures. It soon becomes apparent that the survival of Sarah and her father -- along with other patients in the hospital -- may rest solely on the shoulders of the young girl.
