Bitter LAPD cop Harry Boyd (Michael Paré) becomes entangled in a complicated missing persons case when his ex-wife's niece disappears and the clues point to several different suspects, including his ex (Theresa Russell), her seedy boyfriend and the missing girl's father. As Boyd digs deeper, he must also contend with his unhappy partner, Bob, and an unexpected proposition from Bob's beautiful wife, in this complex film noir thriller.
