FBI agent Ralph Dickson (Grant Withers) tries to bring down dragon lady Carney (Evelyn Brent), Chinatown's all-powerful empress of crime, in this vintage mystery. A demure geisha by day, Carney heads up the ruthless Tong gang by night. Posing as an ex-con named Gallagher, Dickson infiltrates the syndicate, but the sting operation goes awry when the agent's cover is blown. Dorothy Short and Dave O'Brien co-star.
