"The Creek" ends its five-year run in a two-part finale in which Dawson (James Van Der Beek), Pacey (Joshua Jackson), Joey (Katie Holmes), Jen (Michelle Williams) and Jack (Kerr Smith) are reunited five years later for Dawson's mother's wedding. Things take a dramatic turn when some tragic news is revealed. Also, Joey must come to terms with her feelings for Dawson, Pacey and her current boyfriend.
