After watching helplessly as his wife (Kristian Alfonso of "Days of Our Lives") is brutally murdered right in front of him, Arizona sheriff Frank Everly (Jeff Fahey) makes it his mission to send the killer to prison. But the insane man who committed the crime (David Lee Rawlings) breaks out of jail, vowing to destroy the one who sent him there. So who will win this game of cat and mouse? The answer is anyone's guess.
