Suspecting foul play after his athlete brother suddenly dies of a steroid overdose, suspended cop Cole Chamberlain (Dylan Walsh) sets out to find the person who supplied the drugs in this tense psychological thriller. When his search leads to a discredited physician (Craig Sheffer) who's been conducting medical experiments, Cole must decide how much he's willing to risk to avenge his sibling's death. Dina Meyer and Michele Hicks also star.
