Death Sentence

Based on a novel by Eric Roman, this made-for-television movie stars Cloris Leachman as a juror on a murder case who begins to believe that the man on trial is innocent. Evidence starts to point to her own husband (Laurence Luckinbill) as the suspect instead. E.W. Swackhamer's nail-biting courtroom drama also stars Alan Oppenheimer, Yvonne Wilder and Nick Nolte, in his first major screen credit.
