Jaclyn Smith is Maggie, the fiancée of a writer, Greg (Nigel Terry), who subscribes to the philosophy of reincarnation. Small wonder, then, that he's quick to believe that Maggie carries the soul of an actress named Brooke within her. Soon, the specter of a lingering ghost begins to shake Maggie's firm grasp on the logical, and now she wonders whether she should let the diva inside her take over and tear her marriage apart for pure ambition.
