An idyllic honeymoon on a lake island turns into a waking nightmare when Julianne (Tara Reid) discovers that her new husband, Mitch (Kip Pardue), is actually psychotic -- and he has no plans of ever returning to civilization. With her newfound revelations that only one of them will make it off the island alive, a completely trapped Julianne must now fight for her life, executing physical as well as mental ploys.
