Freelance journalist Nelson Keece (Gary Busey) catches a serial killer in action. Intrigued, and on the heels of a great story, Keece begins to chronicle the maniac's exploits. Soon, the intrepid reporter finds himself drawn into the killer's bloody world and actually accused of his violent crimes. With the cops on his trail and the body count rising, Keece must try to clear his name in this action thriller co-starring Michael Madsen.
