Venerable Universal Studios monster Boris Karloff is among the stars of this collection of four Dick Tracy serials made in the mid-1940s. The detective (played alternately by Morgan Conway and Ralph Byrd) who made a name for himself with his no-nonsense methods and quick wits faces off against a variety of villains working amid society's underbelly. It's not always easy to do right, but Dick Tracy makes being doing wrong less lucrative than ever.
