After learning that the woman who raised her isn't her natural mother, Laila (Divya Bharati) launches an epic search for the truth in this slick Bollywood melodrama. Her quest leads Laila to three former college chums, who'll be ruined if word gets out that one of them gave birth to a love child. Is it Barkha (Dimple Kapadia), the minister of health and welfare; Rajlaxmi (Amrita Singh), a prince's wife; or Salma (Sonu Walia), a college principal?
