When their mother passes away, four feuding siblings reluctantly return to Seattle to honor her final wish: to have a traditional, weeklong Chinese funeral. As the three sisters -- movie star Meimei (Steph Song), overeating Victoria (Francoise Yip) and unhappily married Elizabeth (Julia Nickson-Soul) -- and their philandering brother, Alex (Russell Wong), try to get through the week peacefully, they begin down a path toward healing.
