On a city street in Poland, Marek (Jan Frycz) is brutally beaten by a merciless gang of thugs. Upon regaining consciousness (and after extensive brain surgery), Marek has no recollection of the incident or even who he is. As he tries to come to terms with his disability, both Marek's family and the attackers who put him in the hospital stew about what to do next. Jan Frycz and Krystyna Janda star.
