Indian filmmaker Shashi Ranjan's compelling drama examines a cumbersome romantic triangle among a writer who falls in love too easily, Ranvir Sehgal (Jackie Shroff), his wife, Anjali (Mahima Choudhury), and his former lover, Riya Deshmukh (Raveena Tondon). Ranvir and Anjali's seemingly ideal marriage begins to show its cracks when Riya reappears with news of a son she bore with Ranvir -- a development that turns their lives topsy-turvy.
