This episode is a zany, over-the-top romp filled with technobabble, weird gadgets with absurdly long names and a blustering cyborg pirate captain and his robotic parrot. The second story in the "Key to Time" series has the Doctor, Romana and K9 arriving at the exact moment in space and time they were shooting for -- but they wind up on the wrong planet!
