Doctor Who: The Time Warrior

Jon Pertwee stars in the title role of this four-part broadcast from 1973-74, which finds the Doctor teaming up with Sarah Jane Smith (Elisabeth Sladen, introducing the character) when a group of top scientists goes missing. It appears that a villainous Sontaran is behind the mess, and it's up to the Doctor and his new partner, with whom he shares no small amount of chemistry, to save the day.
