Doctor Who: Vengeance on Varos

The Doctor (Colin Baker) is on a quest to find Zeiton-7, a rare mineral that energizes the TARDIS time-traveling machine. So, off he and Peri (Nicola Bryant) go to the planet Varos, where they discover -- too late -- that the inhabitants of Varos consider punishment a form of entertainment. What will they do?
