Baritone Renato Bruson, bass Stefano de Peppo and soprano Rossana Potenza star in this 2001 staging of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's "Don Giovanni," filmed at Rome's Teatro Argentina and directed by Enrico Castiglione. As infamous philanderer Don Giovanni (Bruson) tries valiantly to woo the beautiful Donna Anna, he incurs the wrath of her protective father, setting off a chain of events that results in tragedy.
