After mob kingpin Don is killed by police, officer D'Silva (Iftekhar) meets Vijay (Amitabh Bachchan) -- a dead ringer for the dead gangster -- and asks him to impersonate the villain so the cops can infiltrate the rest of his underworld gang. Our look-alike hero is reluctant at first, but when D'Silva offers to educate Vijay's young wards, it's an offer he can't refuse. The Bollywood action comedy features the hit song "Khaike Paan Banaraswala."
