This intense Hong Kong action-drama stars Leslie Cheung as Rick, a sharpshooter who kills a rampaging bystander during a gun tournament -- and subsequently becomes a heartless assassin. When several police officers and a trial witness are murdered three years later, an enemy cop (Alex Fong) fingers Rick as the prime suspect. But to drive him to deadly threats, the police decide to hold Rick's girlfriend (Ruby Wong) in custody.
