Returning to Hong Kong from a European assignment, industrial spies Jackal (Takeshi Kaneshiro) and Cash (Jordan Chan) find themselves under arrest -- and blackmailed into stealing counterfeit money plates. With help from their operations leader (Charlie Yeung), an ex-guerrilla (Ken Wong) and a computer maven (Teresa Lee), the team accomplishes its mission. But a nasty surprise awaits: The government double-crossed them, framing them for the crime.
