While conducting research on human longevity, Dr. Henry Jekyll (Ralph Bates) unwittingly creates a formula that transforms him into a stunning femme fatale (Martine Beswick) who uses her seductive charms to claim victims for future experiments. To further complicate this twisted tale, Jekyll falls for the girl next door (Susan Brodrick), while his "sister" sets her lusty but lethal sights on the girl's brother (Lewis Fiander).
