This Hong Kong true-crime shocker recounts the brutal exploits of Lam Gor-Yu (played by the venerable Simon Yam), a depraved taxi driver who raped and mutilated his female victims after murdering them. Stylishly filmed and tinged with moments of twisted humor, this grisly exploitation classic isn't for the squeamish. The cast also includes Kent Cheng and Danny Lee as the cops out to nail the psychotic cabbie.
