It's the ultimate showdown between the maniacal android Cell and the warrior Goku and his legion of Z-Fighters on their quest for the powerful Dragon Balls. Cell challenges the people of Earth to a twisted tournament, where he makes up the rules as he goes along. Goku and company accept the challenge but they'll also have to face off against Mr. Satan, the reigning world martial arts champion, if they want to save the human race.
