Seven years after the Dragon Ball Z team toppled the villainous Cell, the new World Martial Arts Tournament brings the far-flung Z-Fighters together for a common cause: keeping an eye on the proceedings while an unseen evil lurks around the bend. With the aid of new blood -- in the form of Goku's son Goten and Vegeta's son Trunks -- can the veteran Z-Fighters keep the peace amid a climate of competitive fighting? Only time will tell.
