Tour the China and Hong Kong locations where martial arts, both genuine and cinematic, were born in this documentary framed by a fictional story. Instructor Wang and sportswriter Ms. Chin Chin visit the legendary Shaolin Monastery, the village of Tung Yang and other real-life schools where various fighting styles are taught. Also includes early footage of Bruce Lee, Jet Li, Yang Ching and other masters.
