Unhappy with his station in life, bad boy Johnny Ramirez (Mark Dacascos) works as a parking attendant and falls in with a ring of car thieves. He soon becomes infatuated with rich girl Laura (Natasha Gregson Wagner), who's looking to do a little slumming to get back at her uptight parents. The soundtrack of this remake of the campy 1957 drama features Grammy-winning band Los Lobos. Traci Lords co-stars.
